Training and Development:
In this role, you will:
  • Partner with third-party entities to assess and deliver investment training programs in various formats.
  • Onboard new Advisors and teams to the investment platform.

  • Act as a liaison between third-party partners and Advisors to implement effective solutions for client investment goals.
Analysis and Reporting:
Your analytical responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting regular assessments of client accounts to identify misalignments in investment strategies.
  • Researching and proposing new investment platform options, coordinating their implementation.
  • Continuously evaluating fund and manager performance, adjusting investment options in collaboration with Advisors for optimal results.
  • Generating periodic and ad hoc reports on investment performance for clients and management.
  • Assisting teams with client-specific investment reports and requests.
  • Driving business analytics to uncover trends and opportunities within the investment landscape.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the wealth management sector, specifically working with Private Wealth Advisors.
  • Preferred experience with the Envestnet platform.
  • A commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships among colleagues.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying complex investment information to diverse audiences.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
