Position Title: Commercial HVAC Boiler Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functionality of boiler systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate operational logs.
  • Execute preventative maintenance and repairs on boilers and related equipment.
  • Perform monthly safety tests on all boiler systems.
  • Carry out annual inspections and tuning of boiler units.
  • Manage chemical feed levels for boiler operations.
  • Monitor emissions from exhaust and stack systems.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or technical education.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in commercial HVAC systems.
  • Availability for emergency response calls.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other trades and client personnel.
  • Possession of a valid certification.
  • Experience with EMS systems (Staefa/Siemens) is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
