About the Role

Riverside Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our Primary Care Service Line. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve quality, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans to achieve service line goals, including revenue growth, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Primary Care Service Line, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Staff Development: Foster a culture of excellence, providing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Manage service line budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA, MHA, or Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, clinical operations, and/or physician practice management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
