Position Overview:

We currently have an opening for a Material Handler at our Milling location.Key Responsibilities:
1. Load products from storage bins into rail cars or trucks.
2. Seal bulk containers to ensure product integrity.
3. Optimize loading processes to enhance production efficiency.
4. Maintain an organized and clean loadout area at all times.
5. Uphold a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to established standards and legal regulations.
6. Learn and perform basic maintenance on equipment to enhance production reliability.
7. Communicate effectively with Loadout Supervisors and the maintenance team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating trackmobile and bobcat equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience.
- Experience in blending or loading is advantageous.
- Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, and temperature variations.
- Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
