Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining exceptional customer relations.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate and design electrical projects, ranging from $10,000 to $1 million, using Accubid software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, resulting in trust and long-term repeat business opportunities.
- Identify clients' electrical needs and develop NEC-compliant solutions that meet current and future needs.
- Ensure open and effective communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate with clients and suppliers to arrive at an equitable outcome.
- Oversee and manage all facets of projects, including schedules, labor/material budgets, subcontractors, and overall success and profitability.
- Ensure all work is completed according to Prism safety and quality standards.
- Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, employee motivation and training, leadership, and office management skills.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in information analysis and budget setup.
