About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and pharmacy consulting services, advising and guiding patients with empathy and diligence.
  • Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical communities to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication.
  • Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and drive continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team's development.
  • Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more.

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $135,000 annually for the state of Maryland.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination.
  • Pharmacist license current and in good standing.
  • Maintaining any continuing education requirements.
  • Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes.
