We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at the Nike Clearance Store in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by sharing your passion for Nike products and services. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and positive attitude will help guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. You will also be expected to operate cash registers, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock products, clean and build visual displays, and participate in store events.

In addition to a competitive estimated salary of $16.00 per hour, we offer a range of benefits including discounts on Nike products, 401(k) plan eligibility, health savings accounts, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year.

Required skills and qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs, using customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood, and being able to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
