Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Control Group Leader to join our team at Toyota Boshoku. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping and receiving warehouse operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the shipping and receiving warehouse, including managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a production control or operations management role.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
