We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Consultant LPN to join our team at PharMerica. As a Nurse Consultant LPN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medication safety in long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality reviews and surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • Perform medication administration record audits, medication pass observations, and self-administration observations to ensure accuracy and safety
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare teams and professionals to enhance knowledge and best practices
  • Act as a performance improvement resource for the pharmacy and provide feedback to improve processes
Requirements
  • Active LPN licensure in the state of employment or National Pharmacy Technician licensure
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in LTC pharmacy or long-term care facility
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
