Role Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for coordinating and delivering nursing care to residents while supervising and mentoring junior staff members. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life for our residents.


Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate from an accredited LPN/LVN nursing program.

Licenses/Certification:
Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
Valid CPR certification.

Experience:
Preferred one year of nursing experience.


Key Responsibilities:
- Document resident conditions and nursing needs accurately.
- Implement physician orders promptly and effectively.
- Assign nursing tasks based on resident needs and staff qualifications.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of junior staff and CNAs.
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Participate in staff training and orientation programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and supplies.
- Report observations and reactions regarding residents as necessary.
- Coordinate care for residents undergoing therapy or procedures.
