Clinical Site Leader

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our hospice site operations as a Patient Care Manager. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Administrator, or Senior Patient Care Manager, you will be responsible for administering the clinical aspects of our hospice program and ensuring high-quality patient care.

ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of your assigned hospice site, overseeing clinical and administrative functions.Respond to phone referrals and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Participate in on-call nursing schedules and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care in patients' homes.
