Multicare Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff RN to join our team in Medical-Surgical nursing.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $41.24 - $75.87 USD per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement plans, as well as generous paid time off.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer incentives and bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding performance.

Responsibilities and Expectations

This role involves providing holistic care to patients, promoting autonomy, dignity, and health.

You will work closely with the nursing team to prioritize and delegate patient care tasks, delivering nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies and procedures.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve quality of care and patient experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Advanced degree in Nursing preferred
  • Current RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement
  • BLS Certification required
  • ACLS or NALS certification, as required by facility or department

Experience in acute care settings is preferred, but not essential.
