The Summer Associate role at Cornerstone Research provides an exceptional opportunity for candidates pursuing doctoral studies in finance, economics, econometrics, accounting, or marketing to gain practical experience over a six to twelve-week period.
This position is structured to replicate the experience of a first-year Associate, incorporating case assignments and formal training.
Summer Associates collaborate closely with senior personnel, clients, and subject matter experts to establish objectives, oversee research initiatives, manage timelines, and mentor junior colleagues.
Typical daily tasks include:
- Assisting in the formulation of project strategies
- Conducting comprehensive research
- Directing analytical efforts
- Interpreting and summarizing data and key insights
- Proposing effective solutions to challenges encountered by teams
