Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations and administrative staff. As the backbone of our workplace, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently, creating a harmonious and productive environment for our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Operations: Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement office policies and procedures, and ensure they are adhered to.
- Financial Management: Manage office budget, ensure cost-effectiveness, and prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure a high level of service and support.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate with HR to recruit, train, and onboard new office staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for upper management daily to ensure tasks are on schedule.
- Office Maintenance: Organize and maintain office spaces and equipment, including managing inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Meetings and Events: Schedule meetings and appointments, and provide support for company events or conferences.
- Correspondence: Handle correspondence, including emails, and ensure information is disseminated to appropriate staff.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure working environment, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and implement and manage operational plans.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other departments or team members as needed.
