Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Utility Maintenance Technician who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in hands-on tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and servicing of various mechanical systems across multiple locations within our diverse organization.
- Work efficiently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision while being capable of following instructions when necessary.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in general mechanical tasks in a corporate environment, including but not limited to:
- Proficient in painting and wall repairs
- Skilled in carpentry, including door and lock repairs
- Experience with carpet and tile repairs and installations
- Knowledgeable in mechanical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to safely operate power tools
- Support for employee relocations
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Outlook, along with effective written communication
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to work at heights, lift objects up to 50lbs, and perform outdoor tasks as needed
Flexibility is essential in this support role to address general mechanical issues outside of standard working hours when necessary.
