Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our Midwest Jack Inc team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing excellent service, great tasting/quality food, and a clean restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing for the next shift.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals. Must be able to wear a uniform and maintain a clean and neat appearance.
