Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management services to clients, including crisis intervention, discharge planning, and housing support.

  • Facilitate placement, including pre-placement visits and transportation as needed.
  • Conduct routine unit inspections and manage maintenance requests.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in social services, or equivalent education and training.
  • Valid California driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
