Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control in the manufacturing of high-quality, modern cockpits. As a CMM Programmer, you will be responsible for operating Zeiss CMM Machine and Calypso software to precisely measure and program CMM for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Zeiss CMM Machine and Calypso software to perform measurements and programming tasks.
  • Update CMM software to ensure optimal system design and innovative technology.
  • Maintain the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to guarantee accurate measurements.
  • Test and calibrate equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
  • Precisely measure and program CMM for production to meet quality standards.
  • Read blueprints and renderings to understand production requirements.
  • Perform layouts to optimize production processes.
  • Write or edit programming for new projects to ensure seamless integration.
  • Mount and install tools, attachments, and fixtures to support production operations.
  • Troubleshoot functions to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality compliance.
  • Document and communicate production issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep a record of inventory to track materials and supplies.
  • Supervise other employees to ensure effective team management.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in operating Zeiss CMM Machine and Calypso software.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry.
  • Problem-solving experience and methodologies to tackle complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
