Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at a High Point, North Carolina facility. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working independently with attention to detail, and fostering a caring environment that respects patients' dignity.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
  • Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
  • Foster a caring environment that respects patients' dignity
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments of residents, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status
  • Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided
  • Administer medications according to physician orders, ensuring accurate dosage and proper documentation
  • Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders, adapting care plans as needed
  • Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays
  • Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being
  • Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recent nursing experience required
  • BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • LPN license in NC
