  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients in distress.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance.

  • Provide roadside assistance, including:
    • Changing flat tires and inflating low tires.
    • Jump-starting vehicles with functional batteries.
    • Delivering fuel to stranded motorists.
    • Performing minor vehicle repairs.
    • Executing lockout procedures for customers.
    • Conducting damage-free towing and accident scene clean-up.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of trucks and equipment before each shift.
  • Maintain proper fluid levels in vehicles and document any changes.
  • Keep trucks and tools clean and organized, reporting any issues immediately.
  • Respond to communications promptly while on call.
  • Ensure fuel tanks are always filled.
  • Present a professional appearance, wearing a clean uniform and safety gear.
  • Participate in all required safety and wrecker training sessions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Current DOT Physical certification.
  • Successful completion of a drug test per DOT regulations.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Must be insurable under the company's insurance policy.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service consistently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated reliability and accountability in work performance.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • Mechanical aptitude for performing minor vehicle repairs.
