Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in Winona, Minnesota.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced travel nurse RN to work in our Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Minnesota
  • 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery
  • 1+ year of experience in Med/Surg
  • BSN or ADN
  • AHA BLS
  • NRP
  • AWHONN/Fetal Hearth Monitoring
  • Travel Experience preferred
  • AHA ACLS (preferred, not required)
  • EMR: Cerner
Unit Overview:

The Labor and Delivery department at our facility is a 5-bed unit with a nursery. We have a mix of ages and patient ratios of 1:3-4. The ideal candidate will have experience in OB triage, antepartum, intra-partum, and postpartum care, as well as newborn care for level 1 nursery.
