Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create, modify, and maintain acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans for learners on your caseload.
- Conduct Parent Training Sessions: Provide productive and informative training sessions to parents and caregivers.
- Manage Insurance Reports: Complete insurance reports based on each learner's authorization period.
- Identify Areas for Improvement: Assist in identifying areas of growth for the center and execute plans for improvement.
- Staff Management: Provide positive and constructive feedback, ongoing training, conduct staff meetings, and provide guidance throughout the RBT level system.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Receive reimbursement for tuition expenses related to your BCBA certification.
- Exam Preparation Support: Participate in in-house study sessions and receive targeted supervision to prepare for the BCBA exam.
- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including work-from-home days and a generous time-off structure.
- Competitive Compensation: Receive a competitive salary, up to $62,000 based on experience and background.
- Master's Degree with Behavior-Analytic Content: Completed or within 6 months of completing a Master's degree with behavior-analytic content.
- Experience in ABA Field: 2 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
- Pending Eligibility for BCBA Exam: Pending eligibility for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam.
