Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registered with the Board of Counseling. You will provide Intensive In-home and Mental Health Skill Building Services to adults with serious mental illness, working towards their goals and improving their well-being.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to clients, providing one-on-one counseling and skill-building sessions.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals, ensuring their basic needs are met through case management.
  • Provide information and support to link clients with community resources.
  • Take adult clients to appointments and ensure they receive necessary services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be licensed or licensed-eligible in Virginia as an LCSW or LPC, with a strong passion for mental health counseling and community-based services.
