Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering both direct and indirect nursing care to patients across a diverse age spectrum, from young adults to the elderly. This position entails overseeing and guiding all aspects of patient care during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the nursing process with proficiency while attending to patient needs.
- Uphold the established standards of nursing practice.
- Supervise and delegate nursing tasks to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Patient Care Assistants (PCA), and other members of the healthcare team.
- Foster collaboration with physicians and staff from various departments.
- Consider the age-related needs of patients when performing nursing duties.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Possession of an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.

Experience:
- Required: Acute care experience.
- Preferred: Critical care experience.

Incentives:
A sign-on bonus of $8,000 is available, contingent upon the qualifications of the candidate.
