Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at NESCO Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling components and preparing sub-assemblies for inclusion into custom procedure trays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and prepare sub-assemblies for inclusion into custom procedure trays
  • Follow instruction from supervisors, team leaders, or others designated to assist leadership in work areas
  • Use approved Bills of Material to assemble trays in compliance with established designs
  • Ensure raw materials used during production are in compliance with established material standards
  • Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize amount of scrap loss
Requirements
  • Three months related assembly experience and/or training
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to do simple math addition, subtraction, multiplication using whole numbers
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree
Working Conditions

This position involves direct interaction with co-workers, managers, and department directors. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
