Addiction Psychiatrist: Adult Outpatient Program

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Psychiatrist to join our Adult Outpatient Program in Enfield, CT. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct clinical services to clients, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and diagnostic assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid and Alcohol Use Disorders
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients
- Collaborate with program supervisors to oversee client treatment plans
- Perform risk assessments and complete PECs as needed
- Provide mentorship and training for staff seeking competency in MAT
- Make comprehensive integrated care assessments of clients and develop focus of treatment
- Assess level of care needs/changes and follow up with referrals to appropriate treatment
- M.D. Board-certified or eligible in adult psychiatry and addiction psychiatry
- 5 years' experience in adult psychiatry, with community mental health experience preferred
- CT license; Board Certified preferred, eligible required
