\t\u2022 Ensure all appointments have the correct date and time requested by the customer and that all data entry is accurate.
\t\u2022 Inform sales reps of any day-of cancellations to avoid unnecessary travel.
\t\u2022 Monitor the schedule to ensure all appointments can be covered and be on time.
\t\u2022 Handle all cancelations, reschedules, and confirmation call backs/calls.
\t\u2022 Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
\t\u2022 Check if the houses have HOA's.
\t\u2022 Ensure the schedule is built out and includes sales meeting block-off times to avoid scheduling conflicts.
\t\u2022 Route and assign leads throughout the day to prevent issues.
\t\u2022 Cancel out-of-territory/out-of-scope appointments.
\t\u2022 Take calls from sales reps to put return business and follow-ups back on their calendar.
\t\u2022 Apply time off for sales reps on their calendar.
