Cocktail Connoisseur

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team at Mitchell Management. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving classic cocktails, wines, and craft cocktails, and ensuring a 5-Star Experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, read and listen to their preferences, and make recommendations to determine beverage orders.
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Work weekend shifts and be available for flexibility.
• Have knowledge of TOAST POS system and be able to take customized and detailed orders, process payments, and handle money.
• Maintain a working knowledge of cocktail, wine, and menu items, ingredients, allergens, and other relevant information.
• Perform other standard service duties, such as opening and closing the restaurant, assisting with banquets and events, and completing other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs for extended periods.
