Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of system development, from initial concept through to production and operational phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the integration of components and products, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. This includes managing product specifications and requirements, as well as leading validation and verification processes for the complete system, including comprehensive system-level testing.
  • Define and manage product requirements for various modules and components, collaborating closely with subcontractors and partner teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Facilitate critical-to-quality (CTQ) and risk assessments within design teams, ensuring that all components are aligned with overall product configuration and control standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, leveraging your extensive technical knowledge and analytical skills to drive policy and strategy execution.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and competitive factors, utilizing this knowledge to enhance integration processes and product offerings.
  • Utilize sound judgment to propose innovative solutions to complex manufacturing challenges, drawing from both internal and external resources to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, potentially leading small-scale projects with manageable risks and resource needs, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
  • Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology and Systems Engineering is essential. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred, though relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
Preferred Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a proven track record in problem analysis and resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to document, plan, and execute programs effectively.
  • Established project management expertise.
