Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of financial professionals to deliver exceptional client service and support
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; CPA preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of experience as a Controller or Chief Financial Officer for high-growth consumer brands
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation:$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
