We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lone Star Circle of Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric care.
Responsibilities- Provide routine check-ups, exams, and treatments for patients 21 years and younger
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently in our electronic medical records system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in pediatric care
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PNP)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a pediatric setting
- 3+ years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
