Compassionate Hospice Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with our hospice care team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting the healthcare needs of our patients through routine and as-needed visits.
- Working collaboratively with our team to deliver optimal care.
- Communicating effectively with medical professionals, patients, and families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Providing services in accordance with agency policies and regulations that define scope of practice.
- Participating in in-service programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
