Job Description

As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will evaluate patients and create personalized care plans while engaging with patients, their families, and the entire care team. Your leadership will ensure that every patient receives the highest quality care and comfort during their journey.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine heart for serving patients and families, and a passion for delivering the best possible care
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs
