Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join their team as a Registered Behavior Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an excellent school district in Bensenville, IL, and contribute to the growth and development of students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans to support students with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide behavioral support and guidance to students, teachers, and parents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Interview Process:
