Job SummaryThe Senior Kitchen Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our exacting standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment
- Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Stay up-to-date with new culinary trends and techniques
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Competitive salary ($45,000 - $55,000 per year)
