Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children and adolescents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report patient status to the pediatrician and family
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting
- Active RN License
- PALS & NRP Certifications
- Degree from accredited nursing program
- Weekly pay and direct deposit
