Schedule Overview:
Engage in a 24-hour on-site shift, typically encompassing a 12-15 hour period with night call responsibilities. Responsibilities include patient admissions and daily rounds. Shifts are structured from noon to noon, with the last day handoff occurring between noon and 3 PM. Orientation sessions are conducted on weekdays and generally last around 4 hours.
Clinical Responsibilities:
Candidates should be proficient in managing an open Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and handling a patient census of approximately 15 individuals per day.
Facility Features:
This healthcare facility is equipped with swing beds, and candidates must possess the ability to perform essential procedures such as Central Line placements, Intubations, and Ventilator Management.
