About the Role

Care for the mental well-being of our Airmen and contribute to their overall health and quality of life. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide expert care and guidance to patients, helping them navigate their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescribed medications and educate patients on proper usage and side effects.
  • Conduct patient counseling and provide quality care to maximize positive health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • A current, unrestricted license to practice clinical psychology.
  • A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in clinical psychology or counseling psychology.
  • Completion of a clinical internship.
  • Possibly additional requirements for specialties.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and techniques is essential.
  • A valid, unrestricted state-issued license to practice clinical or counseling psychology.
  • Completion of Officer Training School course.
  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 42.
