We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area
- Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery
