We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to join our team as an Industrial Performance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving transformation projects within aerospace logistics, including process improvements and activity transfers. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure project success and foster strong relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage and lead multiple logistics transformation projects simultaneously
Drive process improvements and activity transfers within logistics operations
Define and implement logistics methods and processes for operations
Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities within logistics activities
Ensure successful project execution by providing regular updates on roadmaps, progress, and risks
Collaborate with cross-site engineering and project teams to share best practices and benchmark progress
Oversee the development and efficiency of logistics activities to meet operational goals
Apply your customer's operational excellence methodology to project management and continuous improvement
Participate in internal and customer meetings, contributing to project reviews and engineering roadmaps

Your Background
You should have previous experience in industrial and logistics operations, including 3PL and in-house environments. You should also have proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with objectives. Additionally, you should be skilled in identifying, defining, and implementing process improvements to optimize logistics operations and drive efficiency.
