Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients upon admission and during each shift, promptly identifying any changes in their condition.
  • Performing medical procedures and administering medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation in patient records.
  • Providing timely and compassionate responses to patient needs and requests.
  • Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in Texas or a Compact State License.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Medical Telemetry or Med-Surgical Ortho/PCU acute care nursing.
