- Online Course Enhancement: Demonstrate expertise in utilizing online activities as enhancers to course content, promoting interactive teaching and learning.
- Syllabus Review and Revision: Assist in reviewing and revising syllabi for specific courses within the program, ensuring alignment with instructional guidelines.
- Program Reporting and Data Collection: Submit required program reports and forms to the Director of the program in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and skills check-off forms.
- Student Records and Clinical Requirements: Maintain student records, including clinical requirements, immunizations, and educational requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Teach courses at various times and locations, responding to program needs and demonstrating flexibility in scheduling.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development, maintaining CE hours to ensure renewed licensure and staying current with college updates.
- Committee Participation: Actively participate in committees as assigned, taking into consideration teaching responsibilities as a priority.
- Current licensure as a Vocational Nurse in the state of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vocational nursing education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to changing program needs
