">Job Description:
">Your primary responsibilities will include performing floor care tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices. You will also operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently, maintain records of floor care activities, and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably previous floor care experience. You must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Additionally, you must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously and follow oral and written instructions.
