Painting Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint coatings and finishing techniques to achieve high-quality results. You will also assist with other tasks related to automotive body work, such as grinding, buffing, sanding, and dent repairs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar field and possess strong attention to detail. A four-day schedule with 10-hour shifts is available on both 1st and 2nd shifts. Our clean and well-lit facility offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in painting and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Compensation:

  • $20-27/hour based on previous experience and interview performance.
