Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient care, including assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and participating in the care planning process.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with ADLs, such as personal hygiene and bathing
- Report changes in patient condition to charge nurse and/or supervisor
- Participate in care planning process
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
