Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Process Engineering Operations at our Hagerstown, Maryland facility. As a key player in our team, you'll drive the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge tooling, production processes, materials, and equipment for our Siding department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team, including Tool Designers, Die Mechanics, Process Technician Supervisor, and Process Engineers.
  • Innovate and Improve: Develop, define, and document new and existing processes using ISO 9001 standards.
  • Optimize and Enhance: Utilize SPC/SQC tools to minimize process variation and boost productivity.
  • Manage and Maintain: Oversee process equipment consumables acquisition and inventory management.
  • Analyze and Improve: Conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance process capability.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: BS in Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering; MS preferred.
  • Certifications: ASQ CQE certification preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in the Extrusion Industry with a focus on Tooling Development, Statistical Process Analysis, and Management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

The national pay range for this position is $99,900 to $154,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures.
