Compensation Package OverviewThe compensation package includes:
- Base Salary: $250,000 per annum, guaranteed for 2 years
- Quarterly production bonus tied to wRVU performance
- Commencement Bonus of $50,000
- Total of 2 Medical Assistants (MAs), with one responsible for scheduling and administrative duties, and the other handling patient rooming, prior authorizations, and calls
This is an outpatient-only position with no inpatient responsibilities required. The expected schedule is Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm, and Friday, 8am-12pm. Anticipated patient volume averages 15-20 patients per day, with approximately 10 injections administered weekly.
