While prior welding experience is appreciated, only 2 years of experience is necessary. This role presents a unique opportunity for swift career advancement and skill enhancement.

Position Overview:

You will be engaged in a vibrant manufacturing environment, primarily concentrating on MIG welding within an assembly line framework. Safety is paramount, and you will receive high-quality safety equipment to ensure your well-being. Comprehensive training will be available for those new to the welding field. After a 90-day period, the role will transition to a union-based position under the United Steelworkers Union. This marks the start of a fulfilling career journey.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of welding experience (MIG preferred)
  • Familiarity with forklift operation
  • Understanding of crane usage
  • Experience in rigging

Shift Details:

  • Initial assignment on 1st shift for 1-3 weeks, followed by a mandatory transition to 2nd shift.
  • 1st shift hours: 6:30 am-3:30 pm
  • 2nd Shift hours: 4:00 pm-1:30 am (Monday to Thursday) with opportunities for overtime.
  • Overtime is available for those willing to work on Fridays and Saturdays.
