Arlington Toyota Collision Estimator Job

We are seeking a skilled Collision Damage Assessor to join our team at Arlington Toyota. As a key member of our repair process, you will be responsible for evaluating and estimating the damage to vehicles following accidents or collisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with an ability to assess structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage accurately. You will also need to be proficient in using estimating software and digital imaging tools to document vehicle damage.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Vehicle Damage: Perform thorough inspections of vehicles involved in collisions to assess the extent of the damage.
  • Create Accurate Estimates: Generate precise cost estimates for repairs based on labor, parts, and materials required.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records to document damage assessments and estimate calculations.
  • Work with Insurance Adjusters: Collaborate with insurance companies to review estimates and provide additional information needed to approve claims.
  • Customer Communication: Explain estimates and repair options to customers in a clear and empathetic manner.
