Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and contribute as a member of a team.
  • Anticipates challenges and develops and implements strategies for addressing them.
